General Requirements
- Construction knowledge: framing, drywall, electricity
- Use of construction tools (drills, hammers, toners)
- Physically fit - carry up to 50 lbs., work overhead
- Comfortable on ladders, lifts, and rooftops

Field Project Manager - Low Voltage / Security / AV / Smart Systems

Responsibilities
- Manage 3-4 large or 8-12 smaller concurrent projects
- Lead subcontractor coordination and budgeting
- Develop scopes of work and execution plans
- Track and report progress to stakeholders
- Ensure proper documentation and project close-out
- Coach and develop technicians and field staff
Qualifications
- 3+ years in low-voltage, IT, or security systems
- 3+ years project management in construction/integration
- Bachelor's in Construction Mgmt, IT, or Engineering preferred
- BICSI RTPM certification strongly preferred
- OSHA, PMP certifications are a plus
- Valid driver's license required
Tier 3 - Senior Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities
- Act as technical SME in pre-sales engagements
- Design scalable, secure enterprise architectures
- Lead discovery sessions and respond to RFPs/RFIs
- Resolve Tier 1 and 2 escalated technical issues
- Mentor junior engineers and improve team processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Managed Services or solution engineering
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP
- REST, GraphQL API experience
- Python, Bash, or JavaScript scripting
- Excellent communication to C-level audiences
- Preferred: CompTIA Network+, Security+, ITIL
- Preferred: Microsoft 365 / Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
- Preferred: RMM tools (Datto, NinjaOne, Atera, Kaseya)
- Preferred: VMware / Hyper-V virtualization exposure
