In addition to his professional pursuits, Chad is actively involved in community organizations. He has dedicated over 15 years to supporting youth sports organizations, leveraging his passion for sports to positively impact the lives of young athletes. Chad’s commitment to mentorship and leadership development extends to his 25-year involvement with the Boy Scouts of America, where he is serving as a role model and guide for countless youth, to shape the next generation of leaders.

Furthermore, Chad is a retired volunteer firefighter, having served his community. His selflessness and willingness to serve others exemplify his character and dedication to making a difference.
Outside of work and community service, Chad enjoys exploring the great outdoors, particularly off-road riding in the mountains. He finds solace and excitement in navigating rugged terrain and taking in the breathtaking views of nature.
