Technical Team Lead
Scott has more than 20 years of industry experience in Managed Services Operations. The focus of his job in the near term is integral process improvement as well as helping clients navigate technical issues. He brings value to Smart Pro clients by helping them bring their business and IT needs together.
His education and technical certifications are numerous, including: AAS from State Fair Community College, BS from Park University, MB from Devery/Keller School of Management, ITIL v3, Sophos Certified Sales Consultant, and Sophos Certified Engineer.

Scott is best know around the office for his work ethic, accountability, and willingness to be a team player. He enjoys going to Cocoa Beach and Universal Studios during his time off. He’s also a member of the Rose Brooks Center IT Committee.
